SKYWATCH INCIDENT REPORT PRIMARY CODE: UNIDENTIFIED AERIAL PHENOMENON Date: 04:09 08/10/2022 Status: Closed POD: DEN Reporting Facility: ZNY Callsign:UAE9918 Aircraft:B77L Tail Number: Operator:UAE Origin:BQN Destination:EHAM New Destination: Operator Type:Commercial Paged:NO REMARKS (CFPL) Aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon off the 12 o'clock while NNE bound at FL330, 1,050 miles off the E coast of the Carolinas, LAT/LONG 3208N/5750W. The crew observed 2 aircraft North of their position operating in a formation in a North to South racetrack pattern. They appeared to have their landing lights on while operating in a left hand racetrack pattern, 3-5 minutes laps with one trailing the other by 5 seconds. Looks like a fast Jet Cap. They area estimated to be 40-50 miles ahead at approximately at or above FL400. LEO not notified. (CFPL) 0409 Update: The Crew is reporting that they continue to observe 2 or 3 lights moving North and East very high above. They report this sighting to possibly be Starlink Satellites.
